About The Position

As an Installer at Intersection, you will assist in maintaining advertising assets in New Jersey. The role involves installing and removing advertising posters at transit authority media locations, accurately reporting work completed, and communicating safety or maintenance issues. This is a full-time, union position that provides entry into an affiliated union, with benefits and paid time off governed by the union contract. The position pays $17.00 per hour. Employment offers are contingent on successfully passing a motor vehicle records review, background check, Social Security number verification, and drug test at a certified testing facility. The role requires a valid driver's license and comfort working outdoors in the elements year-round.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
Be motivated, reliable, and dedicated, and work well in a team environment.
Be comfortable working in the elements year-round.
Be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
Be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Be able to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, or crawl.
Successfully pass a motor vehicle records review, background check, Social Security number verification, and drug test at a certified testing facility.

Responsibilities

Install and remove advertising posters on the interior and exterior of transit authority media locations.
Accurately record and report all installation and removal information before the end of each shift.
Report safety and maintenance-related problems to a supervisor or operations manager.
Participate in company training, safety meetings, and other meetings and events as directed.
Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to and from work sites.
Perform non-routine duties as assigned by a supervisor.
