Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a production, fabrication, or construction setting (or willingness to learn).
  • Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn on the job.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience with signage, printing, or events is a plus.
  • Experience with vinyl or basic carpentry is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support load-in/load-out of event setups and installations.
  • Assist senior technicians on-site with setup, mounting, or adhesive graphics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle.
  • Help assemble signs, displays, and fabricated elements under supervision.
  • Use hand tools and light power tools safely and correctly.
  • Learn to read job tickets and basic layout drawings.
  • Assist with the operation of wide-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.
  • Weed, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for application or packaging.
  • Organize and stage materials for fabrication or install jobs.
  • Perform quality control tasks like edge checks, color matching, or packaging.
  • Assist with shipping prep, labeling, and job tracking.
  • Participate in shop clean-up and inventory tasks.
