Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a production, fabrication, or construction setting (or willingness to learn).
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn on the job.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
- Availability for flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Any experience with signage, printing, or events is a plus.
- Experience with vinyl or basic carpentry is desired.
Responsibilities
- Support load-in/load-out of event setups and installations.
- Assist senior technicians on-site with setup, mounting, or adhesive graphics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle.
- Help assemble signs, displays, and fabricated elements under supervision.
- Use hand tools and light power tools safely and correctly.
- Learn to read job tickets and basic layout drawings.
- Assist with the operation of wide-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.
- Weed, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for application or packaging.
- Organize and stage materials for fabrication or install jobs.
- Perform quality control tasks like edge checks, color matching, or packaging.
- Assist with shipping prep, labeling, and job tracking.
- Participate in shop clean-up and inventory tasks.
