About The Position

The Field Services Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting a team of field technicians in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of wireless communications, network infrastructure, and industrial connectivity solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with frontline leadership and serves as the primary field point of contact for technicians, customers, project managers, and engineering teams. Supporting oil and gas and industrial operations, the position plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient field services across remote, mission-critical environments, ensuring all work meets customer requirements, operational standards, and safety expectations. Ceragon is seeking an experienced Field Services Team Lead to lead a team of Field Technicians supporting wireless communications and network infrastructure deployments across oil & gas, utilities, and industrial environments. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality field services while serving as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, networking, or industrial field services.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with RF systems, repeaters, duplexers, routers, switches, and IP networking.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification or Associate Degree.
  • OSHA, H2S, SafeLand/PEC, TWIC, NFPA 70E, or similar industry certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Field Technicians.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless communications and networking equipment.
  • Coordinate field schedules, resources, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with customer safety requirements and company HSE standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide technical leadership in the field.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to deliver successful projects.
