About The Position

Eurofins Environment Testing in Horsham, PA is looking for a full-time Supervisor / Dispatcher. The hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm plus overtime as needed. This role involves coordinating monthly routes for routine pick-ups, monitoring and adjusting schedules for various pick-up frequencies, and scheduling daily pick-up requests. The Supervisor/Dispatcher will monitor driver locations via GPS, proactively adjust routes to address delays and changes, and supervise the Field Services team to ensure efficient completion of routes and added stops. Maintaining clear communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams, keeping accurate records, and contributing to process improvements for route efficiency and service quality are key aspects of this position. Field sampling may be required as needed, along with performing other assigned duties.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Confident handling client interactions including delays and last-minute changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and comfort making decisions with support from management
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • A valid state issued driver’s license to drive company vehicles is required as an employee with driving responsibilities.
  • Clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Samples will be in coolers packed in ice.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with routing software is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in dispatch, logistics or route coordination
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly routes for routine pick-ups using routing software
  • Monitor and adjust schedules for quarterly, semi-annual and annual pick ups
  • Schedule and manage daily pick-up requests received via email or phone from clients and the project managers
  • Monitor driver locations through GPS software
  • Adjust routes and schedules proactively to address delays, last-minute requests, and changes in priorities
  • Supervise Field Services team to ensure routes and added stops are completed
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, drivers and internal teams
  • Keep accurate records of routes, service adjustments and client interactions
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements for route efficiency and service quality
  • Field sampling as needed
