About The Position

This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment within the Inspection Service Business, contributing to nondestructive examination. The student will work in areas such as ultrasonics, eddy current, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual examinations in a fast-paced setting where specific projects may vary.

Requirements

• Must be a student
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
• Candidate should be detail oriented, have a general understanding of NDE, and be a creative thinker

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced examiners to prepare for field projects
• Gain knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
• Look at our Americas and EMEA markets to understand where our next opportunities are
• Take initiative on assigned tasks with little oversight
• Engage with the strategic culture and employee engagement work we are doing across the business
• Interact with leadership to gain insight into how the business operates
• Work with both our Reactor, Inservice Inspection, Balance of Plant and Steam Generator Examination teams
