About The Position

During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap, Roll-out, Migration Plan): Create, Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects Track Costs of Projects Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers During Run Phase: Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers Ensure Operational Monitoring – Issue Tracking – Risk Management Manage Customers Reclaims Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities Provide KPI’s and Measure Quality of Services Rendered Generic Missions: Manage vendors & field services installation third party Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on roll-out, deployment, installation, or migration projects
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale implementations, including cost tracking and quality control
  • Solid experience managing vendors, field services, and third-party installation partners
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees
  • Hands-on experience with operational monitoring, including issue tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders, manage partners/system integrators, and identify add-on sales opportunities
