About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Inspect completed work to verify quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations are being met. Conduct site visits and document project progress, site conditions, operational concerns, and safety observations. Serve as the main point of contact for customers and subcontractors, providing on-site support and timely issue resolution. Partner with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to prioritize work, manage schedules, and support daily activities. Develop strong working relationships with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field crews while providing on-site support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, field operations, site coordination, concrete, aggregates, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and effectively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software used for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or overseeing field activities is considered an asset.
