About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) offers a career path—not just a seat behind the wheel. As a Field Service Technician (FST), you’ll combine your driving skills with hands-on, high-value service work that keeps essential businesses running while helping reclaim non-hazardous liquid waste for safe transport and processing. This is a role where you’re not just a driver—you’re a trained professional solving real problems, protecting the environment, and playing a direct role in a critical service industry. You’ll earn strong, reliable pay while building skills that increase your value over time. Many of our top performers advance into higher-level roles such as FST II and FST III, taking on more complex work, expanding their skillsets, and increasing their earning potential. With steady year-round work, modern equipment, and clear opportunities to grow, LES is the place for drivers who want stability, respect, and a true path forward.
