This role supports Flow's industry-leading Waterjet, Laser, and Press Brake systems and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements
- Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or similar industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to new environments
- Valid driver's license and passport required
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake equipment
- Provide hands-on technical support both on-site and remotely
- Train customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted technical partner
- Support machine performance through routine maintenance and service excellence
