This role is crucial for keeping commerce running across the globe and acts as an ambassador for the NCR Voyix Brand. The Field Services Team creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. As a first-line response, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner, focusing on finding the right solution. You will organize and triage customer issues, and handle some problems before they start. Formal training is provided through NCR Voyix, enabling fast learning and fostering an environment where employees can stretch themselves and make an impact.
