About The Position

This is a Field Service professional role responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and managing customer relations. The service route covers Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, and North Indianapolis. As a Service Specialist, the individual will be the trusted expert for installation, preventative maintenance, and performance measurement of various machines including coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a diverse customer base, including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality, and large independent food service operators.

Requirements

Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
Valid state driver's license.
Clean driving record (MVR will be run).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check).

Responsibilities

Provide installation, preventative maintenance and measure performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers.
Provide preventive maintenance.
Perform emergency repairs.
Manage customer relations.
