Canon USA, a leader in technology, solutions, and services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. This customer-facing role requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. The technician will be accountable for reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues, meeting customer demands by providing efficient and accurate maintenance, properly maintaining all technical information and reports, showcasing strong customer communication and satisfaction skills, maintaining the performance of assigned machines, and facilitating performance to achieve branch/district metric targets.
