About The Position

The Field Service Technician will work onsite at one of the company’s customer locations while collaborating remotely with corporate support teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently, demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, and adapts well in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Strong aptitude for troubleshooting technology and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience working with technology, hardware, or technical support preferred.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with company software and systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair communication and technology systems onsite.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and support requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated technical concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with facility staff and customers.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
