About The Position
As a Field Service Technician serving the Midland/Odessa territory, you will work independently to maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customers’ forklifts. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule during business hours, with overtime available. Compensation is hourly, with no flag hours and guaranteed 80 hours per pay period. The role includes paid training for career certifications, a company vehicle and fuel card, a Windows tablet, cell phone reimbursement, and allowances for uniforms and boots. Requirements
- Mechanical experience or aptitude; the posting welcomes candidates with mechanical experience in the lift truck, automotive, aviation, or military industries, or those who have developed mechanical skills by fixing cars.
- Trade school graduation or a two-year college education is welcomed.
