Our McFarland market is looking for someone with mobile field service, maintenance, mechanics, or prior military experience to join our team as a Field Service Technician. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer service excellence on a daily basis. The Role: As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on mobile support and expertise to businesses in the Madison and surrounding area. From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking and adaptability to new technologies (PC Computers and MS Office software)
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
  • Technical/troubleshooting competence and a willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical maintenance, and electronics
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Possess a valid Class B CDL or a willingness to obtain one
  • Associate degree from a two-year college/technical school in Manufacturing, Technical, or Electronics Program, or equivalent work experience
