FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – TRAVEL, TROUBLESHOOT, AND INNOVATE!  📍 Location: Toronto, Canada 🌎 Travel: 70-85% (USA and Canadian Travel) 💰 Compensation: Based on experience Do you love solving mechanical and electrical puzzles? If so, Harpak-ULMA is looking for YOU to join our team as a Field Service Technician (FST)!

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Strong communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Training & Growth: Willing to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines.
  • Install & Maintain – Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations.
  • Remote & On-Site Support – Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology.
  • Customer Engagement – Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.
