About The Position

This role is responsible for the installation of various waterproofing systems and assisting in the application of waterproofing treatments. It involves performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance to prevent water intrusion and ensure structural integrity.

Requirements

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
0–3 years of experience in waterproofing, construction, or a related field

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license is an asset
Basic knowledge of roofing, waterproofing systems, and coating materials is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform waterproofing and restoration work on a variety of structures
Conduct leak investigations, water testing, and repairs related to water infiltration
Install waterproofing systems and treatments using specialized equipment in accordance with established procedures
Assist in the application of waterproofing chemicals, coatings, and membranes
Perform minor exterior repairs involving concrete, masonry, sealants, and waterproofing systems on buildings and parking structures
Access work areas using equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, ladders, or bosun chairs (training provided)
Conduct integrity and troubleshooting tests to identify breaches or defects in existing waterproofing systems
Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are maintained in proper working condition; coordinate replacements as needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including building, fire, trade, and construction standards, as well as company policies
