We are seeking experienced, hands-on technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support advanced industrial woodworking machinery. This role requires up to 100% travel and is ideal for technicians who enjoy working independently in the field, solving complex problems, and working directly with customers. This is a home-based field service position supporting customers throughout the New England region. Candidates should reside near the posted location or a major airport and be comfortable with frequent travel. Preferred experience includes CNC machinery, PLCs, industrial automation, or similar equipment. Your work-from-home location can be located almost anywhere in the US. Preferred States are: Southern California, Austin, Texas, Southern Florida, Great Lakes Region (Chicago), New England. The Service Technician travels throughout the assigned region. Performs the construction, assembly, installation and commission of CNC industrial woodworking equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical problems and/or the built-in hardware & software control programming, which includes relay control circuits, electronic boards.
