Requirements

  • Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
  • Clear and concise, written or verbal, communication abilities, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in diesel mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
