Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Mechanically inclined and ability to work with tools.
Strict attention to detail and professionalism

Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, repair, and support of wide format graphics equipment, office copiers and multifunction devices, and point-of-use water filtration and coffee systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing up time, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Manage service territory independently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair wide format printers, cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections for wide format equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, print quality, software, and connectivity issues for wide format equipment.
Calibrate and optimize wide format equipment for color accuracy and production quality.
Train customers in equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices for wide format equipment.
Support workflow software, RIP software, and network connectivity for wide format equipment.
Install and service copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), production print devices, and related finishing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, firmware, and network-related issues for copiers and MFPs.
Perform preventive maintenance on copiers and MFPs according to manufacturer specifications.
Replace parts, assemblies, and consumables for copiers and MFPs as required.
Configure print, scan, and device management settings for customer environments.
Document service activity and maintain accurate service records.
Install and service water filtration systems, bottle less water coolers, ice makers, and commercial coffee equipment.
Replace filters, sanitation components, and consumable items for water and coffee systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, dispensing, and control system issues for water and coffee systems.
Maintain equipment sanitation and compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
Educate customers on proper equipment operation and care for water and coffee systems.
