About The Position

Embross provides self-service and automation technologies for airports and airlines worldwide. Our solutions help streamline passenger experience and improve operational efficiency. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer support issues, handling installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Embross systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service or technical support
  • Experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and Windows OS
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and DevOps tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Must be comfortable with a possible commute to Smyrna GA in the coming months.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer incidents and service requests
