As a Field Service Technician, you'll have the opportunity to connect with various healthcare professionals directly contributing to the customer experience. Within your designated territory, you’ll have the flexibility to partner with the customer to schedule onsite visits for their reported product complaints. While conducting the onsite investigations you'll leverage the use of critical problem-solving skills to meet and quickly resolve the technical challenges of Stryker's world-class product line including various Video/Audio Integration platforms, Advanced LED Surgical Lights, Medical Equipment Management Systems, Networking systems, and a series of Surgical Tables. Field Service Technicians finalize their success by composing official reports, effectively communicating technical data, and producing resolution information through means of digital documentation systems.
