Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Required to pass electrical and mechanical aptitude test modules during interview phase.
- Physically capable of carrying out all required duties.
- Must be willing to progress through our apprenticeship program.
- Must be available for overnight stays based on customer needs.
- Must be available to work throughout all service territories on Vancouver Island
- Must have valid Class 5 driver license and comfortable driving a PepsiCo service vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Small appliance/HVAC certification would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, preventative maintenance and installation of MEM equipment, (fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB’s, Icemakers, etc.) in trade and in shop as required.
- Delivery and delivery assistance of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
- Preparation of marketing equipment.
- Perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers’ service requirements consistent with “Customer Connect” and “PEPSI PRO”.
- Will work throughout all service territories on Vancouver Island and may be required to do overnight stays based on customer needs.
