About The Position

RECO Equipment, Inc. is a stable and growing company looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technicians to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment at both customer job sites and branch locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrain components.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong troubleshooting and professional communication skills.
• Must provide and maintain personal tools.
