The Field Service Technician II is responsible for the installation, service, preventive maintenance, diagnostic repair, removal, and selling of Kinetico water softeners and drinking water systems for Kinetico’s residential customers. This role involves executing all processes and procedures related to product installations, managing customer relationships by explaining work being performed, and providing professional technical service and repair work at customer locations. The technician will also identify and convert sales opportunities for add-on products and services, execute all required documentation, and ensure payment terms are complied with prior to service. Collaboration with the Field Service Technician team on best practices and maintaining a clean and safe work environment are also key aspects of this position.
