About The Position

Castle Hill Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician in the West Central Oklahoma Area, ideally located in or near Weatherford, Clinton, Hinton, or surrounding areas. This role focuses on the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of electronic break-open ticket kiosks and associated equipment. The position involves maintaining gaming equipment at client sites and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of technical/electrical experience, general computer and electronics knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The candidate must be able to plan, organize, be flexible, adaptable, work with minimal supervision, and operate effectively in a team environment. The role also requires the ability to work varied shifts, overtime, pass a background investigation, obtain tribal gaming licenses, and pass a DOT physical. Approximately 40% overnight travel and 60% day travel are expected.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years technical/electrical experience
  • Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
  • General knowledge of computers and electronics
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to plan, organize, and have strong attention to details
  • Must be able to be flexible and adaptable to maintain customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Operate in a team environment working with other team members to complete tasks
  • Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain tribal gaming licenses
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Microsoft or Cisco
  • Previous experience in the Casino/Bingo service environment

Responsibilities

  • Performs diagnostic checks, maintenance and repairs to all Castle Hill game equipment
  • Provides basic repair and maintenance to servers and associated equipment
  • Performs preventive maintenance on machines (clean, tighten loose hardware and secure loose wiring)
  • Plans and schedules appointments to perform preventive maintenance at the convenience of the customer (internal and external)
  • Conducts installation of equipment and software during upgrades and installs
  • Records maintenance and repair actions in approved reporting software
  • Finds out about ongoing jurisdictional changes, upgrades and modifications and reports them to all appropriate Castle Hill Gaming departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintain gaming equipment at client sites
