The Field Service Technician is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing required service orders, including repairs, planned maintenance, and installations within their assigned service territory. This role involves understanding company service contracts and ensuring services are performed accordingly. The technician will provide ongoing technical support to key customers through phone support, product installation, and field service. They are also tasked with providing product feedback on observed issues and trends, reporting deviations from quality standards, and ensuring all paperwork, expenses, and training are up-to-date. Additionally, the technician must maintain tools, supplies, and parts, report complaints according to quality system requirements, attend training, and promote service agreements.
