About The Position
Performs the day-to-day operations of the Mobile/Field Service Technician responsibilities ensuring delivery of excellent customer service. Related activities include, but are not limited to, responding to customer repair and/or service calls, completing reports, and performing inventory maintenance on truck.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous work experience
- Valid chauffer’s license
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in an industrial sales environment preferred
- Previous experience working on a computer--MS Office and POS/Business System preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs pneumatic pipe installation as assigned
- Completes maintenance, repair, and/or service work for all assigned jobs within assigned area(s) of expertise
- Troubleshoots technical problems and identifies and implements effective solutions
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of available products, offerings, and services
- Identifies and recommends products and/or value-added services to customers to support their needs and maximize the Exotic Advantage
- Completes required documentation accurately and generates reports in a timely manner
- Conducts routine vehicle maintenance including weekly washes and nightly interior cleanliness
- Coordinates all vehicle maintenance work with the Facilities department
- Schedules and inspects assigned vehicle per DOT requirements (where applicable)
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
