About The Position

DESOTEC is dedicated to protecting the planet through sustainable, mobile filter solutions using activated carbon. We provide purification services to production companies across the US via a smart rental model. Our process involves distributing filters, retrieving saturated carbon for reactivation, and unburdening customers of the complexities of purification, allowing them to focus on sustainable production. This role involves executing carbon exchanges at customer sites, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient transport and handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute carbon exchanges at customer sites with slurry tankers.
• Operate the tanker, air compressor, customer equipment, and various forms of man lifts if needed while at the customer site.
• Transport the Hurricane vacuum unit to and from customers' sites with a truck.
• Use the Hurricane to remove spent carbon from the customer's vessel.
• Use a forklift to fill the vessel with bulk bags of fresh carbon after it has been emptied.
• Operate specially designed mobile filter hydraulic trailers at customer’s sites to exchange spent filters with fresh ones.
• Assist with loading and unloading filters and tankers at the Darlington Hub.
• Create and sustain a safe working environment and culture within the company.
• Communicate well with customers.
• Ensure company property is well-maintained.
