About The Position

This is a part-time Field Service Technician role based in Raleigh, NC. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing amusement and gaming equipment in the field, completing service calls independently, and documenting work clearly. The role involves installing equipment locally and occasionally out-of-state, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and maintaining organization of tools, parts, and the service vehicle. The technician will also represent the company professionally at customer locations.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation to use for Routes
• Reliable, accountable, and professional

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
