About The Position

Performs field service activities including installation, testing, servicing, and repairing wellhead equipment. Maintains customer base by performing timely and competent service work. This is a rotational position with a schedule of 20 days on and 10 days off. The position requires performing other related duties as assigned or requested, and maintaining a safe, orderly, and clean workplace.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer required training.
Certified in H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving vehicles greater than 10,001 GVWR.
Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Product, Customer Service Best Practices, Service Documentation and Record Keeping, Wellhead and Valve Equipment Compatibility, Wellhead and Valve Installation, Operation, and Maintenance, Field Equipment Repair, Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and other OEM Equipment.
Intermediate Computer, Language, and Mathematical Skills.
Intermediate Reasoning Ability.

Responsibilities

Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
Check compatibility of equipment, inspect condition, dry fit and communicate relevant information with customer.
Install and test equipment in accordance with operating procedures.
Service equipment as requested by customers in accordance with maintenance procedures.
Repair equipment as requested by customers and as necessary due to field malfunctions.
Maintain service vehicle and tools/equipment, ensuring periodic maintenance consistent with Company policy and promptly reporting required repairs to Branch Manager.
Provide feedback to the Company through reporting of field problems and failures to the Branch Manager for processing of Field Complaint Reports.
Identify and ensure appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available at or taken on service job.
Prepare Field Service Orders, Rental Tickets and customer required documents accurately and completely.
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Maintain a safe, orderly and clean workplace, using safety precautions and observing safety rules at all times.
