Requirements

  • Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electronics
  • Clear and concise, written or verbal, communication abilities, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with GPS or machine control technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair GPS, machine control, survey and laser equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
  • Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep equipment performing at its best.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and customers.
  • Participate in company- and manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current on emerging technology and build new skills.
  • Take pride in keeping tools, equipment, and your truck clean, efficient, and ready for the next job.
