Field Service Technician-Pool Equipment

Aquafinity is hiring a Commercial Pool Equipment Technician to service and repair commercial aquatic systems throughout the Northern California region. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities maintenance, or related trades
- Experience working with pumps, motors, filtration systems, mechanical equipment, or industrial machinery
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read basic schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

- No Pool Industry Experience Required
- Pool industry experience is not required. We provide technical training for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, controllers, and automation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial pool equipment
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational issues
- Complete minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs
- Test, evaluate, and optimize water circulation and filtration systems
- Communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers
- Document service work accurately using company systems
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and system improvements
