Aquafinity is hiring a Commercial Pool Equipment Technician to service and repair commercial aquatic systems throughout the Northern California region. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities maintenance, or related trades
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, filtration systems, mechanical equipment, or industrial machinery
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read basic schematics and technical manuals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • No Pool Industry Experience Required
  • Pool industry experience is not required. We provide technical training for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, controllers, and automation systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on commercial pool equipment
  • Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational issues
  • Complete minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs
  • Test, evaluate, and optimize water circulation and filtration systems
  • Communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers
  • Document service work accurately using company systems
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and system improvements
