Requirements
- Class A CDL required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions, including uneven terrain
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining and construction equipment
- Travel to customer job sites as needed
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment following service manuals and specifications
- Inspect parts for reusability and order replacements when necessary
- Utilize diagnostic tools to make precise adjustments
- Perform minor welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Document all service activities in English and maintain accurate records
- Communicate job status and updates to customers
- Assist with parts ordering and warranty processing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
