The Field Service Technician will cover RSM (Remote Service Monitor) products, which include service rigs and workover rigs. This role involves remote monitoring of RSM rigs and on-site work at customer locations. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products. The technician will also perform field upgrades of software and hardware, communicate field failures and feedback to appropriate departments, and manage billing, inventory, and paperwork, ensuring timely submission of all field service documentation.
