About The Position
Dryer Vent Superheroes of Cincinnati is seeking a professional, motivated Field Service Technician / Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will clean, inspect, repair, reroute, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a field-based role that requires mechanical ability, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to help the right person succeed. Full-time technicians are provided a company vehicle to take home, making it easier to start and end your day efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Mechanical aptitude; HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
- Comfortable using tablet- or phone-based technology for documentation
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean, inspect, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems
- Diagnose vent issues and identify safety concerns
- Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency
- Perform reroutes and other vent modifications as needed
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and job documentation
- Provide clear, professional communication and customer service
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Continue improving your skills through training and hands-on learning
