Entry-Level Field Service Technician
About The Position
REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our team in Edmond, OK. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in equipment repair. You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair rental equipment in both the shop and at customer job sites. REIC Rentals is a trusted full-service equipment partner with 55+ locations across North America, serving the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, and Event industries. We deliver high-performance equipment backed by exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Recent trade school graduate or military, automotive, diesel, HVAC, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining rental equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and HVAC systems
- Travel with experienced technicians to customer job sites
- Complete service documentation and follow all safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
