Field Service Technician
About The Position
MasterTech is seeking Industrial Technicians with experience on Sheetfed, Komori, or Heidelberg label and printing production equipment. This role requires extensive travel to customer locations, with other locations like Nashville, Louisville, Columbus, and Cleveland being considered. The Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational. They will also be responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical systems (AC & DC, three-phase wiring).
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance.
- Previous Printing or Related packaging experience in PrePress and/or PostPress machinery.
