In this role, you’ll provide expert lawn, tree & shrub, and/or outdoor pest control services that help homeowners enjoy their outdoor spaces. Requirements
- Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Confident using a mobile device and applications
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Active MA Pesticide Applicator License
- Hands-on industry experience in lawn care, tree/shrub, or tick and mosquito treatments
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn care, tree and shrub, and/or outdoor pest control treatments safely and accurately.
- Identify turf diseases, insect damage, and environmental stressors to provide the right solutions and recommendations.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, offering expert recommendations and building long-term trust.
- Maintain accurate service records on the go using a mobile device.
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while adhering to all safety standards.
