This Field Service Technician II position requires daily travel to locations in and around the Miami Metro area, including the airport, to troubleshoot, service, install (deploys), and repair Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites. The role is responsible for meeting daily service repair needs, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering positive customer relations by communicating effectively with customers.
