Requirements

2–4 years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, kneel, and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

Complete service orders (turn‑on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
Investigate high/low usage, no‑reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
Perform utility locates/mark‑outs and customer appointments professionally.
Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
Support emergency response and after‑hours rotations as assigned.
Work independently on routine tasks; request guidance on complex issues.
Provide courteous customer and stakeholder communications at job sites.
