About The Position

Human Touch LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician II to support complex equipment and systems across multiple government sites. This role involves hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically proficient, and committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of: o Networked environments o Operating systems (Windows 10/11) o PC and network hardware o MacOS o Network printing environments
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer support activities including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and testing to ensure proper functionality
  • Diagnose and isolate equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networked environments
  • Deliver technical presentations and communicate system capabilities when needed
  • Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
  • Serve as a customer-facing representative, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced support environment
