Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide operational, maintenance, and networking support to customers for Canon-supported products. This role involves diagnosing basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures, and servicing and repairing designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications. The technician will maintain a working knowledge of multiple product groups, including troubleshooting and diagnostics, and will strive to meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, or on-site maintenance. Responsibilities also include properly maintaining all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned, as well as providing direction to less experienced technicians and offering solutions for escalated technical and customer service-related problems.
