About The Position

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their Field Services Team. This role is responsible for delivering solutions that build long-term customer relationships by acting as a first-line response, communicating openly and helpfully, and organizing and triaging customer issues. The company provides formal virtual and hands-on classroom training to enable fast learning and growth. Requirements

Local candidate to specific geographic area
Authorized to work in the US
At least 19 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
Rotating and weekend shifts
Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
One or more years of related experience

Responsibilities

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access
