The Field Service Technician will ensure accurate calibrations and efficient execution of tasks, will actively engage with customers to provide updates on annual preventive maintenance and address service-related issues. This role is responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment used in customer facilities. It involves verifying the setup and configuration of Rees monitoring equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing repairs on electronic and mechanical components, and calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance. The technician will also interpret schematics and technical documentation, use diagnostic tools, review job plans, record data for IOQ protocols, maintain parts inventory, communicate with customers, collaborate with technical support, and travel to customer facilities within the designated region.
