About The Position

This Field Service Technician II role is for individuals driven by purposeful work and career growth opportunities. The position involves traversing the Orlando, FL area to provide innovative solutions for clients' print management needs. As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain, service, and repair office equipment throughout the territory, making a positive impact on businesses and customers. The core focus is on providing on-site technical support and maintenance for black and white, color, and multifunctional printers, copiers, and other devices at customer locations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years or more of expertise in repairing, servicing, and installing office equipment, including copiers, printers, Photo ID and ID Badge systems, or fingerprint scanners
  • Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business

Responsibilities

  • Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customers
  • Deliver product training efficiently and effectively
  • Diagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgrades
  • Make modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardware
  • Complete field calls according to priority while practicing effective time management
  • Continuously enhance your technical skills for field assignments
  • Rebuild components at the shop
