Position Summary: Repair, service, and maintain office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintaining parts and supplies inventory at customer locations in assigned territories.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following: Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (Preferred) Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment Technical service, repair or support of comparable products Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain customers' digital office equipment (copiers) in assigned territory.
  • Repair copy and printer equipment-hardware and software related.
  • Verify equipment functioning by completing test initiatives and final adjustments.
  • Complete document service actions-service forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Ownership for accomplishing new requests; exploring opportunities to add value to position accomplishments.
  • Maintain and service company office equipment and color systems on the customer premises.
  • Perform copier machine modification and software upgrades/maintenance.
  • Assess and troubleshoot customer software and hard copy orders for production problems or issues.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
