This entry-level Field Service Technician I role is for hands-on problem solvers with a passion for learning, even without prior ATM experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to perform basic troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of ATMs. The technician will represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations, problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize time effectively, and escalate issues when necessary. They will apply learned knowledge to resolve task-related problems, emphasizing manual skills, and maintain consistent, clear communication using a service app to ensure customer satisfaction.
