About The Position

Nations Roof is seeking experienced Lead Service Technicians or Senior Service Foremen to meet growing demand. This role requires reliability, accountability, and a desire to grow a construction career. The position is based in Austin, TX. Nations Roof is a large commercial roofing contractor ranked among the Top Roofing Contractors in the US.

Requirements

Commercial Roofing experience required.
Experience with repair on various roofing systems: EPDM TPO PVC Modified Systems Metal Liquid Membrane and Flashing or Built up.
Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Ability to travel.
Able to lead and train helpers in small team environment.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a DRUG TEST.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience with FCS software is a plus.
Senior Service Foremen or Production Foreman looking to move to service.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on various roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Systems, Metal, Liquid Membrane, and Flashing or Built-up.
Conduct roof inspections, leak detection, and troubleshooting.
Lead and train helpers in a small team environment.
Travel as required for the position.
Be trained and use company software.
