The Field Services Technician will support field execution, customer coordination, and technical deployment activities for i2Systems installations and projects. This role combines hands-on field support with project coordination, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing support responsibilities. The position requires regular travel to customer and project sites, with approximately 60% travel expected. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in both field and office environments. When not actively supporting field projects, this individual will assist with internal project management coordination, technical documentation, training activities, and customer support initiatives.
